Wheel Offset Disk Harrow - For Use with Tractors in the 250-325hp Range. *Engine horsepowers are suggested ranges and vary according to soil conditions and weight added to harrow. Per ASAE S290.1 – Width of cut will vary with gang angle and disk blade diameter. NOTE: This harrow requires hydraulic control. One rear tractor hydraulic circuit required for harrow operation. 17-3/4” (450mm) disk spacing; 2-1/2” (64mm) round axles; Equipped with Timken dual tapered roller bearings. 20 Disks, 640lbs (290kgs) Weight Per Disk, 12805lbs (5808kgs) Net Weight. FEATURES: • For deep plowing, plowing in heavy trash, mixing and aerating. • Heavy duty proven design with rugged boxed angle construction welded for maximum strength and rigidity. • Combines thorough mixing and aerating with easy maneuverability and transportability. • Fabricated spacers are manufactured with A53 steel for high compression and tensile strength. This gives the spacers approximately double the durability of cast spacers. • Heavy duty moldboard style adjustable disk blade scrapers. • Equipped with greaseable Timken dual tapered roller bearings. • High gang carrier design to prevent trash build up and clogging. • Up to 737lbs (335kg) of weight per disk blade depending on model with an average of 681lbs (309kg). STANDARD EQUIPMENT: • 36” (914mm) diameter, 1/2” (13mm) thick, cutout deep concavity disk blades. • Fabricated spacers made from A53 steel. • Heavy duty moldboard style adjustable disk blade scrapers. • Heavy duty bearing wear plates. • New industrial tires – 2 each. TACWR-20: 16.5L x 16.1. • Hydraulic control group includes cylinders, hose holders, and hoses with fittings to reach rear of tractor. • Drawbar jack stand and safety chain.
