Rock Systems portable 2 bin blending hopper complete with 9’-6” wide x 14’ long bins with 20 ton storage capacity each; 30” wide roller belt feeders with 5 h.p. fixed speed electric motor drives, CEMA “C” 5” diameter flat belt idlers, full length skirtboards with REMA rubber, 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting, discharge gate to control material flow; 36” wide collecting conveyor with 10 h.p. electric motor drive, CEMA “C” 35 degree troughing idlers with 5” diameter rolls, 9’-6” long conveyor extension beyond bins; all mounted on a single axle portable chassis with brakes, lights, mud flaps and 5th wheel pin. Includes electric motor control panel and wiring with variable speed drives for the belt feeders and fixed speed starter for the collecting conveyor.
