The Sandvik QA451 is the world’s first triple deck Doublescreen ®, the QA451 is capable of producing large volumes of high specification product. Featuring two inline 3 x deck (1.5 m / 10’ x 5’) screen boxes, these independent boxes provide you with ultimate flexibility and control. The adjustable angle first screen performs as a fines extractor, whilst the second screen performs as a grader. Two processes combined on one plant, offering exceptional flexibility and massive throughput.
Highly Productive Tripple Deck Screen Equipped with Heavy-duty Doublscreen ® System Sandvik has designed this machine to suit the needs of larger operators. It incorporates a large feed hopper, two independently angled screen boxes, aggressive 1200 rpm speed increases fines separation, and extended product conveyors that offer massive stockpiling capabilities. Included with a hydraulically operated tipping feed hopper grizzly with 5” bar spacing.
All of this is carried on a durable chassis that is designed to withstand the rigors of large quarry and recycling applications. Operator safety is ensured with hydraulically folding walkways, and many user-friendly features included as standard.
