Tight center joint and steering cylinders with no visible leaks. Rubber mounts are in good condition; 16.9-24 diamond tread tires are in good usable condition. The serial number tag is missing. The year of manufacture is estimated based on other like machines that we have sold. No issues, job ready condition.
