A03429, Cat D11T Rebuilt Track Roller Frames. For exchange, Complete as pictured. Read the details: Cat D11T, Straight style. These are exchange roller frames where we will take in your old cores as exchange / trade. Track Frames work order, these were rebuilt as needed, listed below. • Rebuilt all track adjuster seals. • Pulled apart idler assemblies and inspected inner slides. • Stripped sandblasted frames to bare metal, die crack checked 360. • Removed all bogie pads for crack check. Installed all new bogie pads. • Built up worn areas on front idler block. • Fix minor cracks as needed. • Overhead crane checked all major and minor bogies for movement. Replaced anything that showed any movement in the bores. • Installed new pivot seals/bushings. • Installed new chrome adjuster sleeve on 1, where it was previous marred. • Tapped and threaded all roller holes for future roller install. • Entire frame sandblasted and painted. • Everything sells exactly as pictured, nothing more, nothing less. • These are straight style track frames, measurements on file, w/ all 261-8287 part number minor bogies on both sides. We can install new undercarriage rollers and idlers on these track frames to the buyer's request for additional parts cost. We offer fair freight rates to any end point.
