Impact Energy Class • Heavy duty hydraulic breaker • Hidden hammer hoses (hoses routed inside bracket) • Mounting kit (pins, hoses, retainer bolts) • Blunt tool Pedestal Lubrication - Automatic Centralized Pedestal Lubrication System All pedestal pivot points hosed grease distribution blocks located on the system (base, boom, and stick). These blocks are then routed to one main distribution block located at the base of the pedestal. This block has (1) one general grease fill point which distributes the grease to all other distribution blocks. Every pivot point is fitted with its own relief cartridge that will discharge grease if the hose or joint ever become plugged or damaged these relief cartridges will allow grease to continue flowing past to the other ports without interruption. Once the damaged port is repaired the cartridge is wiped clean and the system is back as it was from the start up. NPK grease pump. The pump is located on the base of the pedestal. The system is wired to run either by a manual switch located on the controls or automatically via an internal timer. The manual switch located on controls will allow the operator to turn the grease pump on/off when they feel it is needed. The timer will measure the boom cylinder movements and can be set to grease at predetermined time intervals or length of time. There is a light on the controls which will illuminate while system is being greased. 4-kilogram grease reservoir. Hammer Lubrication System - Automatic Hammer Lubrication System A grease line is run from the base of the pedestal along the boom and stick. It is then routed with the hammer hoses out to the hammer grease port. This will allow the end user to grease the hammer from the base of the system or via a grease extension cord routed to the control station. See grease information sheet for further details. Grease pump and reservoir are located at the base of the pedestal and plumbed into the grease lines. This system will grease the hammer with a half shot of grease every time the hammer is fired. If the electric hydraulic controls are ordered, there will be a low-level light on the controls which will illuminate when hammer grease is low. 4-kilogram grease reservoir.
