The Cedarapids TSV Series Horizontal Screen combines the high-g-force oval stroke motion with variable slope operation, allowing it to handle larger deck loads and applications, unlike traditional horizontal screens.

• Triple shaft three deck horizontal screen
• Low maintenance dual pivot surge dampers and coil springs
• 5/16" thick side plates and huck-bolt construction
• Side tension single crow decks with steel seal strips for 4’ screen panels on all three decks
• Heavy duty tube steel decks with herringbone bracing
• O-ring sealed vibrator mechanism with "flow through" oil lubrication
• Carriage bolts used to retain clamp bars
• AR lined feed box and AR lined discharge lip
• Right hand variable speed drive standard with motor mount and belt guard
• Hand access on triple deck screens
